A new data chart book, derived from a nationwide survey of health centers, reports findings on readiness toward qualifying for HIT meaningful use incentives and Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition. The data show that 69 percent of health centers have adopted EHRs, with 45 percent fully electronic at all sites.
